Everybody has been in a team. A team could be a group of people doing project together; a band; a group of basketball players; or even a family is also a team. Everyone wants their team to be successful. Yet a lot of people don't really understand what makes a winning team. I think a winning team should have the following qualities: forgiveness, cooperation, encouragement.

Forgiveness means the understanding of the mistakes that the other team members make. Don't be mad at them and give them more chances, as nobody is perfect. If you are easy on people when they make mistakes, they will be easy on you when you do something wrong. Forgiveness makes a team more united as a whole.
