Of Mice and Men, A Review

While browsing through the shelves of the library at the beginning of summer I could not seem to find the book Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck. I kept browsing, searching for what I thought would be a 700 or so page book, with my only previous knowledge of the book being that it was considered a classic. Finally I found a copy of what I thought would have been an analysis or a reading guide to the book I was searching for, sandwiched in between two of his other works The Grapes of Wrath(455 pages) and East of Eden(601 pages) which were massive compared to the paperback I pulled out.
