Everyday we take risks, whether it is taking an unfamiliar shortcut to school or taking a challenging course. In the early months of 2003 I took a risk to further my education and widen my perspective on life. I am a very cautious person, but I felt that taking such a risk would have I brought this school of thought to life when I applied to "The Oxford Tradition" in Oxford, England in the summer of 2003.
