Summary: Analyzes the novel, Animal Farm, by George Orwell. Provides a character study of Boxer. Describes why he played the most important part in the rebellion in the way he was always able to inspire the other animals.
I believe Boxer is an important character in the book, Animal Farm, because he played the most important part in the rebellion in the way he was always able to inspire the other animals. His defining features were his hard work, lack of intelligence and most importantly his stuck fast loyalty.
He became a hero to the common animal for the way he would work for the good of the farm. This is shown with his first maxis "I will work harder." Boxer's determination and strength of will can be seen with how he made sure he got up before everyone else, worked longer than everyone else and worked harder than everyone else.
