Many schools in the GTA give students the chance to visit camps during the school year. Though, both the private and public school system have been reducing their outdoor education budget and this needs to stop. Every year the grade nine students at Holy Trinity School have the opportunity to visit Camp Kandalore. This is a very beneficial experience for the grade nines and this opportunity should be continued throughout the years. Camp Kandalore is beneficial for students because it helps students develop usefull skills that last for the rest of their lives. It lets them experience different surroundings and activities, and it encourages them to take part in physical activity.
