Life changed dramatically during the Paleolithic and Neolithic times. There are many similarities between the Paleolithic and Neolithic times, and there are also many differences. Some similarities include the use of tools to help with their everyday needs. Some differences includes the way the women were treated. The most significant change was the switch from a nomadic lifestyle to hunting and gathering during the Neolithic Revolution.
One way that the Neolithic and Paleolithic time period were similar was how they used stones for everyday tools. Though they were used differently, the both used the same techniques to make their tools. Most of the tools were made by chipping, or breaking off chips of the stone to make a sharp edge or a certain shape. Different uses of the stones were as spoons, or as little shovels.
