Is the World Is Getting Better?

There are so many factors that show why the world is not getting better. Look at all the broken families. Look at how the number of orphans is increasing every year. Look at all the diseases that people suffer today. How can we call the world "a better place" when nothing is better?
First of all, family relationships are getting worse. Some parents are alcoholics. What do they do at home? They loose control and sometimes forget what they are doing. They hit their children without knowing they did it or does not care. Some are in huge debt. And what will they do in order to get out of stress? Some will commit suicide, and you see that kind of news every single day. Imagine how many families will be broken of this?
