That son-of-a bitch Lennie killed my Mary today. The big oaf broke her neck like it was a twig. He was a beast of a man. He stole Carlson's luger and was probably goin' to come after me. The only thing I regret I have is that I didn't get to kill that bastard myself and see him suffer like the animal he was although I did enjoy that his best friend killed him. He had it comin though, smirking and laughin at me, away "talking" with my wife, and making me look like a fool. Now everyone sees what happens when they mess with Curley. His friend George seems to be very depressed over his stupid friend's death. I think he did himself and the rest of us a favor by killin' him. Me and Carlson are thinking of burning that bastard real good...
