The movie "The Fast and The Furious" by Rob Cohen is very similar to the studied text Cockcrow. Cockcrow shows how a mother abandoned her family but returned in the end. Similarly the fast and the furious, shows how Brian O'Connor (Paul Walker) an undercover cop betrays the Dominic the leader of a criminal group, but helps to them in their time of need.

Dominic's (Vin Diesel) perspective of Brian O'Connor is that he thought he was a person who was a good friend that worked for him. His perspective changes when Brian is forced to reveal his identity as an under cover cop, by calling the police for back up in front of Dominic.
