Legalization of Marijuana

Legalizing marijuana is morally wrong under all circumstances other than
for the use of medicinal purposes. Marijuana, a drug obtained from dried and
crumpled parts of the ubiquitous hemp plant Cannabis sativa, used in cigarette
form as a narcotic or hallucinogen. Legalization of marijuana would allow people
in our society to consume this drug legally without being fined or charged with
possession. It is morally wrong to legalize marijuana to anyone of all ages. One
exception is to someone who is terminally ill. People diagnosed with severe illnesses
in which the illegal drug helps decrease pain and suffering would be allowed to possess
and smoke the drug, however they may not sell it. The government already has two very
harmful drugs legalized, tobacco and alcohol, why should they legalize another"
