What is ``Capital Punishment"? Capital Punishment can be considered to be a well-deserved punishment to some, but in the eyes of others it is a ``barbaric" and ``inhumane action to commit. The concept of capital punishment is a highly controversial issue; it is to be taken extremely seriously. This can prove a particularly sensitive affair to many. In my opinion capital punishment is evil, ``an eye for an eye" is no motto to follow throughout life. Even if the convicted murders have actually committed the crime, they shouldn't be killed. By killing these criminals, surely you are just as bad as them.

The films in which we studied were both true stories, so they could easily be related to the statement, "Capital Punishment is not only inhumane, it is barbaric and unjust!"
