The Aztecs have a very complex religion. One very interesting part of their religion is the cosmology. Which was based on a lot of old ways of viewing the world. Another thing i found interesting were the sorts of gods that Aztecs had. One I found especially interesting were the gods of the heavens. Something else i found to be interesting was the priesthood of the Aztecs. The descent into priesthood started when the children were 13.
