Frank Sinatra was born on December 12, 1915 as the only child of Dolly and Anthony Martin Sinatra in Hoboken, New Jersey. Frank worked unloading trucks for a local newspaper, and then became a copy boy as a teenager with a dream of becoming a journalist someday. Soon that dream changed when he was fifteen, after seeing a performance by his idol, Bing Crosby. He vowed that he, too, would become a singer. Little did young Franky know that he was going to become the greatest and most famous singer in history...
