The date that will live in infamy, so called by our notorious president of the time, Franklin D. Roosevelt. Infamy is defined as an evil reputation brought about by something grossly criminal, shocking, or brutal. But was it such a shock to the hierarchy of our government? Could this atrocity have been prevented by our "intelligence"? Given that we can't change the past, let's focus on what we did wrong and how certain things saved our rear ends (no butts about it... he he). Specifically, the nurses that saved our dying men, the military that helped us fight back, and the fact that our government screwed up.
