Alienation is a force that is stronger than words. It can drive someone to extreme measures in
many cases. Alienation is unfair but everywhere you go you will find it. Not only is it apparent
everywhere, but it many cases it is suffocating. One of those cases is in the book "The Body of
Christopher Creed." By Carol Plum-Ucci. The book was really enjoyable. It was sad to think
about some of the alienation that Christopher Creed had to endure. Although, it is hard to respond
to it because when the book starts, Chris has already disappeared, so it is difficult to comment on
his being alienated. Christopher was an outcast in Steepleton, a very small town in New Jersey.
The bad thing about Steepleton is, like the size of the town, the citizen's minds were also minute.
