Throughout the past year, many have questioned President Bush's policy towards invading Iraq. Even though Bush has repeatedly claimed that Iraq posses weapons of mass destruction and harbors terrorism, many are still not convinced that these are the true reasons behind the U.S .invasion of Iraq. The truth is, a desire to secure oil supplies, to divert attention from current domestic problems, and compensate for the administrations failure in capturing those responsible for September 11th caused the Bush administration to attack Iraq.
