Trade in the world was very different but affected the world greatly. In Africa, many citizens were forcefully sent to the Americas to do harsh labor, and to be separated from their own family. This was all done because the African states needed money, and ended up using this as its way of trade. However, in the Middle East, trade was conducted by the exchange of goods. Europeans, Asians, Africans, and even Indians came into the Middle East to trade their goods. The cities became more attractive to people, and caused population growth in the cities as a result of the attractive items being traded.
