These are just some examples of life threatening and life altering diseases that people deal with every day. Imagine the young child who loses a parent to a terrible disease or the parent that has to watch their child fight through a disease that has a poor prognosis or from an injury from which there is no recovery. It is human nature to hold onto life. We value life as a precious gift...
