The sixth sense is defined as a power of perception like but not one of the five senses. Also it is defined as a keen intuitive power. Everyone is taught about the five our physical senses. Those are sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste. Sight is related to the eye. Hearing is related to the ear. Touch to the hands. Smell to the nose. Taste to the mouth. There are times when we get feelings or premonitions and can't explain them. For example we can tell when something bad is going to happen or our dreams tell us something and we are able to remember something from our dreams or the feeling from the dream. Sometimes we can receive information beyond what can be become aware of with our physical senses through the proper training or maturity of the five psychic senses.
