The Canadian economy is dependent in the labor of women, their conditions of employment and rate of pay continues to log behind those of the male counterparts. I feel the time is long overdue for Canadians women to be given the same conditions of employment and rate of pay their male counterparts. If women are capable of performing work of equal value.

Women want to do the dangerous things that men do. The women should be let to do whatever they want to be in their life. Once women got married, they will not be strong to fulfill their dreams of getting a job that a women never did it before. Women want to get paid the same amount of money as the man because they also work the same amount of the time, but they get the less pay. If the women get the same money as the man, but lots of women did not participate in the union. I don't see any reason that why women get less pay then the men.

Women can improve there pay rate. If they start a union and get a woman that want there pay rate increased. The women thinks that they are weak and can't hold something on their shoulder. If the women think that they are strong they will change their character and have a new strong women born in themselves. There is a union called Women Society in Canada they help poor and no back up or family background. Women should be paid by their achievements and don't think that they are less than men.

The living standards are good for men because the men can do anything in Canada or any other countries. The women feels scared alone in the world where they don't have any support with them. Also the living standard is good for family in Canada because the people who are immigrated from a poor country will get money without working. Their children will get tax and the rent will be half and lots of other formalities. Canada is the second best country for people to live in.

Women can improve their pay rate and conditions of employment. I just like to say that women shouldn't think that they are weak. They are as strong as men are. They need to have confidence in themselves that they can do anything they want.
