Capital Punishment, some might say, is death for death. A man commits a heinous murder he should suffer the death penalty. Why? Capital punishment eliminates the murderer so it will not happen again. This form of punishment is both cruel and brutal. It should not be part of our society. However, murderers are legally murdered.
