I can't count how many times people have uttered while shaking their heads in obvious disapproval " I just don't know what is with teenagers today!"

My mom always says, "They show no respect for their elders, they spend their money frivolously, and they don't know the meaning of a hard days work. They drink, curse, smoke, do drugs!" I honestly think that if most adults had their way, they would have had teenagers banned from the United States!

Now, since I am a teenager, of course, I object to all of these accusations. It is true though, that some teens do smoke, drink under age, and do drugs. But, despite what adults say, It's only a small percent of us.
