Hercules
Summary: Information and details on the life of Hercules
Hercules is the Roman name for the Greek god named Heracles. His parents were Zeus and Hera. Hera was mad at Zeus for sleeping with a mortal woman so she put two snakes into Hercules' crib when he was an infant. Hercules was found with a strangled serpent in each of his hands. He is included in many myths including his twelve labors. Hercules had to serve King Eurystheus for 12 years as a form of punishment for his murders. The twelve labors were very challenging and almost impossible but he completed all the tasks and became Greek's greatest hero.
The labors were so dangerous that no mortal or god has tried to do them before. The first task was to kill the Nemean Lion with a self made club and bring the skin back to the king as a sign of completion...
