Personal Views on Homosexuality
Homosexuality shouldn't be a determining factor in a court case over custody, and if the parent was married and had the kid with another person of a different sex they should be tried the same, but if there's a case where there is a homosexual trying to adopt a child or children, then they should have no prior record of child molesting or any other charges against children, and thus the homosexual should be tried the same. There have been many cases in which children haven't been able to live with their homosexual parent, and I believe that if the child wants to live with the homosexual then they should stay with them.
