Abortion is a necessity in many situations. It is an extremely challenging decision for a woman to make. Ever since the U.S. Supreme Court legalized unrestricted abortions in 1973 over 40 million of these procedures have been safely administrated. Before this people would have illegal abortions from unscrupulous "doctors" that left them with bad infections and sometimes could result in death from septic poisoning or bleeding to death. Many types of woman have abortions whether they are children, victims of rape and incest or their pregnancies were accidental. Many people in America would like to see laws passed forbidding abortion's to take place under any and all circumstances. These would result in taking a step back in the developments of the human race. In such an over populated world it seems the reason should be obvious why having an abortion should be legal.
