Introduction: This book begins with Mike Flannery (the Westcote agent of the Interurban Express Company) and Mr.Morehouse who had two guinea-pigs.
They were arguing about the cost of riding the train of two Mr.Morehouse's guinea-pigs. The argument had been long and heated.
Complications: They were fighting because of the guinea-pigs.
Rising Action: Mr.Morgan writes a letter to Interurban Express company, but Interurban Express Company asked him to send the letter to Claims Department but Claims Department asked him to send the letter to Tariff Department but, they write the letter to Flannery.
