Snowboarding History
Summary: Briefly discusses the history of snowboarding.
Snowboarding is viewed by many as one of the most exciting sports there is. You may be shocked to know that snowboarding is only 37 years old, making it one of the youngest sports there has ever been. Snowboarding is also the fastest growing sport in America with over 3.7 million people that snow boarded at least one time in 1996. This is a sport that is enjoyed by children, teenagers, and even adults! The thing that makes snowboarding a special sport is that anybody who tries can master it. Snowboarding is thought to be the easiest sport to learn because unlike most other sports and events, snowboarding requires no rules and you learn at your own pace and you can even use a trainer for a reasonable price at any of your local mountains.
