1) With the hot-link option, when setting the hot-link up for the point on the map, the option for Predefined Action can be changed according to what you would like the link to go to. One of the options available is to link a whole project to a point on the map. The project could be done separately and then added as a link to the map. This would include photos of the area as well as relevant figures and notes that would explain the EIA report to the user of the program. The other option would be to present the project using MS Word or a similar package, and then make the link go to a document that has photos and all relevant graphs and tables inserted into it.
