Peter Forsberg is used to moving. Before he ever played a game in the National Hockey League (NHL), the big center was traded from the Philadelphia Flyers to the Quebec Nordiques as part of a deal for center Eric Lindros. Forsberg then traveled to Norway, where he scored the winning goal for his native Sweden in the gold medal game of the 1994 Winter Olympic hockey tournament. During the 1994-95 NHL season, he arrived in North America, earning the Calder Trophy as the league's rookie of the year for the Nordiques. In what he hopes is his final move, Forsberg packed his bags and led the Colorado Avalanche to the 1996 Stanley Cup championship.
