The Perfect Son Overview

The Perfect Son is Harry Fitzwilliam, an incredibly intelligent high school student with Tourette's Syndrome. His mother and father play alternate roles in his life; Felix the workaholic breadwinner and Ella the unyielding support system. When Ella experiences a heart attack on a flight home from London, all of her responsibilities regarding Harry's life fall into the hands of Felix who is not at all prepared for this job. As a perfectionist and control freak by nature, Felix has little patience for the quirks of his son and can only take solace in Harry's perfect SAT scores and above perfect GPA. What follows is a journey of self discovery for Felix, the beginning of true independence for Harry and the final release of pressure for Ella who has for so long born the brunt of the struggles of her household.
