The November Criminals Overview

Sam Munson's The November Criminals, is the story of Addison Schacht, a high school senior who writes the entire manuscript in answer to a college application request for 1,000 words detailing his best and worst qualities. He sets out to solve the murder of a fellow student with the help of his friend (who is not his girlfriend), but eventually realizes that the murder was purely random and unlikely to ever be resolved. The main themes are injustice, the relationship between Addison and Digger, and social stereotypes and racism.
