"Since There's No Help" is a sonnet by early modern English poet Michael Drayton. It was originally published in 1594 as part of the sonnet sequence Idea's Mirror. It appeared toward the end of the sequence as sonnet 61. In the poem, the speaker resigns himself to a lost love, only to continue hoping that his affections are returned.
