Radiant Fugitives Overview

In the novel Radiant Fugitives, by Nawaaz Ahmed, Ahmed tells the story of a mother and her daughters, three women selfishly tied up in their own lives and choices. Until the moment of death, they are forgetting what is really important. Ishraaq, Seema’s unborn baby, narrates the story of the lives of his family members that have led them to what appears to be a point of irreconcilable differences. Themes in the novel include living with the consequences of one’s choices, parental acceptance, and embracing differences.
