Pastoralia Overview
Pastoralia is a short story collection by George Saunders. Each story originally appeared in The New Yorker. In the collection, George Saunders employs his signature style of satire to criticize various aspects of American culture, from corporate exploitation of the working class to personal shallowness to selfishness and family dysfunction.
