My Sister, the Serial Killer is a novel by Oyinkan Braithwaite. It follows a Korede, a Nigerian woman living in Lagos. Korede’s younger sister, Ayoola, has killed three men in recent years, and Korede has always felt obligated to help cover up the crimes. One day, Ayoola begins to date a man for whom Korede has romantic feelings. The novel explores themes of family, patriarchy, love, morality, and violence.
