"I heard a Fly buzz – when I died –" is a 16-line poem by American poet Emily Dickinson. It was originally published in 1896 in the third posthumous collection of Dickinson's poetry. Like the majority of Dickinson's poems, "I heard a Fly buzz – when I died –" was not originally titled, and is numbered 591 in Dickinson's large oeuvre of over 1,800 poems.
