A tell-all letter accidentally sent out to everyone on the Gillespie family's Christmas mailing list created a stir in both the family and community in the novel “Hello From the Gillespies” by Monica McInerney. The personalities of the seven very different members of the family enrich the story as those characters struggled with the aftermath of the letter as well as a car wreck and resulting amnesia of the mother of the family.
