Edgar and Lucy Overview
Edgar and Lucy is a fictional narrative written by Victor Lodato that centers on three generations of the Fini family and how each of them loved in different ways. Lodato weaves the past, present, and future in such a way that time becomes meaningless next to the power of love to either destroy, torture, or redeem those who practice it. By the end of the novel, characters learn the meaning of what love means to them, parents learn how to be caretakers, and young Edgar learns how to fend for himself in a world where his loyal grandmother, his best friend, is dead.
