Born to Fight is the second installment of a trilogy by author Tara Brown. The story is set in 2022, ten years after government forces set in motion a series of events that turned the world upside down by unleashing horrible plagues, environmental disasters and a program to eliminate disease by breeding a perfect race and destroying everyone else. Nineteen-year-old Emma has a special reason to fight these forces -- she has just learned that she is one of the first biologically-engineered Gen babies and her father is the mastermind of much of the world's evil.
