Simile:

Yep . . . still healthy as a horse.

Metaphor:

“Thoughts can exist… Feelings can exist… / But words do not always exist” (Guts 76-77).

Repetition:

“Was puberty to blame for my stomach aches?/ I don’t know./ Was puberty to blame for my sudden panic attacks?/ I don’t know!” (Guts 120).
